Just wanted to say i am over the moon about the vibrolux i purchased from you guys. I am soo happy with it, and was pretty much exactly what i was looking for. A huge kudos too Michael for helping me out. I go around to alot of music shops and pawn shops etc but the treatment i received at your store was by far the best. Its sooooooo rare to have people actually care and and be willing to provide such awesome customer service. I bought that original 65 vibrolux, and michael dragged up the re-issue as well just so i could listen to the difference. Just amazing. Usually you just get thrown in some little room, with your gear and thats it. Also ive got to thank Matt. He helped me out quite a bit at the start, trying to chase down another amp for me, which isn't made anymore. Told me to check out these amps and was really really interested in what i wanted from the amp. A question which is never asked but which i can never answer fully.
So if i could, i would buy these 2 guys a beer because it was well-deserved.

I want to thank you and your team for your customer service and professionalism. I have been checking out guitar shops in Sydney all year. I have been to many of the so called best guitar shops in Sydney. I can honestly say that your shop is by far the best in Sydney. I say this because you have the best guitar brands in the world (Martin, Collings, Taylor, Gibson), you always seem to have good stock levels, and you offer very competitive pricing. Bu more importantly, your staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and your customer service is without peer. Before I made my purchase I came into your store on three occasions to try out various guitars. Your staff let me play high end guitars for hours without any pressure in a very relaxed environment. Staff answered every question about build quality, materials and sound, in detail, without the usual “sales rubbish ”or trying to push me onto a certain brand. I was very impressed with your staffs knowledge and their passion for guitars is very obvious.

Hi there Steve and Guitar Factory Team. This e-mail is (a) heartfelt "thank you" for the great job you did on servicing and setting up our son's guitars (Ashton acoustic, and Fender Strat) a few weeks ago. He was just rapt by the difference your expert ministrations made, especially in the acoustic! "It's like a different guitar!", said he, and although he liked playing it before, I can tell that he's actually enjoying it now, as he's been picking it up almost as much as he does the electric. So if a good service, can get an inherently "take-the-road-less-effortful" teenager to practice on his acoustic rather than his electric, you guys are doing something very right. Thanks again, hope you keep on enjoying the good work.

G day guys, I just wanted to express my gratitude to all of your staff, especially Micheal. I recently bought one of the most stellar guitars I’ve ever had the privilege of playing, a Taylor GS 35th anniversary in cocobolo. I was given plenty of opportunity to come in and demo it at least 3 to 4 times without pressure, you guys even held it for me once I had made up my mind it was the one I wanted. I was given such a great deal on the Taylor that I also decided to purchase a Gibson 335 custom and once again I was given an exceptional deal that I couldn’t refuse. On one of my visits to your store I witnessed one of your staff showing a beginner guitar player how to string a classical guitar, something which you don’t see too often in a guitar store. I would without hesitation recommend Guitar Factory Gladesville for beginner guitars, higher end level guitars, jazz guitars, banjo’s, mandolins and accessories, not to mention the exceptional advise. I will without doubt be guitar shopping there again. Thanks Paul and all your staff.

I've bought a banjo, Maton guitar, ukulele's and a heap of other stuff from you guys. The Gladesville Guitar Factory is second to none, offering the best service in musical equipment and instruments, and that includes after sales assistance as well. Whenever I decide to buy music equipment, I'm more than happy to find an excuse to drive from the Blue Mountains to see you at Gladesville. Need anymore be said?

Just a quick note to thank you for the effort and time you put in with me yesterday to select/sell me a new guitar. The outcome (my new Taylor 114e), far exceeds my expectations in terms of quality of build, sound and playability, even given my ability or lack there of. The fact that even after one quick telephone call that morning, you remembered my name and what we had discussed, was very impressive. This allowed you to immediately start showing me items that should fit the bill. Getting the guitar set-up, re-strung while I was there, was an added bonus. Brilliant stuff, great customer service, this will ensure I’ll be back. I look forward to many rewarding years playing this guitar. Thanks again.

Hi guys, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service I received when I purchased a ukulele from yourselves recently. The addition of the useful websites has proved exceptionally useful and I succeeded in my task of playing my uke in a concert only a couple of weeks later. To the good folk at the Guitar Factory, Just a quick note to thank you on behalf of myself and my son. The Saturday before last i came in with my 12 year old Boy to purchase his first electric guitar. Tempting as eBay and the various discount on-line stores are. I wanted him to buy his first proper guitar from a real store. Not only to take advantage of your knowledge and experience but also to mark the purchase with a little sense of occasion. If 10 or 20 years down the track he is still playing Guitar with the same enthuse he started out with i would like him to remember that first purchase as being something a bit special. Graeme took care of us and he is a real asset to your business. Not only was he knowledgeable about the Fender range but he was generous with his time and really related well to Zeke. I guess after a lifetime of playing it's easy to forget that first thrill of when you are starting out. However i could certainly see it in my boys eyes. The excitement of a store full of glittering guitars, the chatter of half a dozen guitars being tried out in different parts of the shop. the whole "coolness' of the music biz. Thanks once again, I was hoping for but not certain that we would get the same level of attention for a beginners entry level Squire Strat as some of the more expensive guitars in your store. Thanks for the great service, advice and range of instruments and services over the past 2 decades or more. With my constant touring I have not found a store that comes close to yours. I think what holds you apart from other stores is not only your great prices and range of instruments but your staff aren't pushy but give advice concerning your needs and budget without trying to badger you into something more expensive. Very impressed with service in the classical guitar dept. Rob made me feel very welcomed and although just an average player, treated me with respect. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service at Guitar Factory as well as the atmosphere - not a loud, heavy metal driven, unhygienic, morose shop like so many other guitar stores are. I have for 14 years until recently cultivated a strong association with Music City in Petersham, where I have sent my students to buy equipment and where I have bought most of my equipment. In exchange they have taken good care of me with discounts. Unfortunately they are now closing down and I am on the lookout for a guitar shop to partner with, and I would feel happy if Guitar Factory were open to this sort of arrangement.

To the guys at the Factory, Steve, Michael, Paul and Rob, thanks for all your great advice and help! Michael, thanks for pointing me in the direction of the Eastman AC510 Orchestra Acoustic. It is truly an incredible instrument! This thing is just so damn musical! To say the sound is balanced, clear and full doesn't quite do it justice. And It's not easy to describe how satisfying it is to play this guitar - you just don't want to stop. It's hand-built, in the best possible way - clearly the work of some very expert craftspeople. The AC510 is more than a great guitar for the price - it's just a flat-out great guitar! Cheers
